Does someone need to be home during the visit?
Once we follow up on your request, we will work out access and timing with you.

Air Duct Cleaning
What are the signs that my air ducts need cleaning?
Look for dust gathering around the vents, a musty odor when the AC kicks on, surfaces that turn dusty again right after you clean, or recent renovation work. A technician can check your vents and tell you what they see.
How often do air ducts need to be cleaned?
For general maintenance, clean your air ducts every year or two. A deep cleaning is required every 3 to 5 years.
Do Florida's heat and humidity affect air ducts?
Since the AC runs most of the year in Florida, ducts are almost always in use, and humid air never really goes away. A technician can check your vents and tell you what they see.
Can I ask for air duct and dryer vent cleaning in one request?

Dryer Vent Cleaning, Replacement and Repair
How frequently should I clean my dryer vent?
We recommend dryer vent cleaning every 6 to 12 months.
How can I tell if my dryer vent is clogged?
Watch for loads that need more than one cycle, a laundry room that feels unusually hot, a burning smell, or lint piling up around the vent cover outside.
What is included in dryer vent replacement and repair?
Your technician inspects the dryer vent first and then repairs or replaces the part that is damaged. What that means depends on your home and on the vent itself.
How is dryer vent replacement and repair different from cleaning?
They are different services. Cleaning takes lint out of the vent, while replacement and repair deals with a vent that is damaged, crushed or disconnected. You can ask for both in one request.
Blower, Air Handler and UV Light
What does the blower in an HVAC system do?
Inside the air handler sits the blower, a fan that drives air through the ducts and out of the vents in each room.
What exactly is an air handler?
Think of the air handler as the indoor half of your heating and cooling system. It holds the blower and attaches to the supply and return ducts.
What is involved in installing a UV light?
First a technician looks over your HVAC system and talks placement with you. Then the light goes in. The specifics vary with your equipment.
Can any HVAC system take a UV light?
That comes down to the equipment you have and the room around it. A technician can inspect your system and tell you what is possible.
